Job Requirements
- At least 7-10 years' experience in related field.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional presentation skills and public speaking skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong working knowledge in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Competency in other project management tools is a plus.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Ability to analyse projects thoroughly and plan strategies.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
- Posses leadership qualities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all parties involved.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives, and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Organize, attend and participate in project meetings, and record minutes.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Designing and controlling the project schedule.
- Develop project strategies.
- Analyse and assess project risks and opportunities, and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Assist and support the Lead Project Manager in overseeing projects and guiding Junior members.
- Help prepare project budgets.
- Translate documents from Japanese to English and vice versa whenever necessary.
- Provide context and terminology support to interpreters in meetings.
- Convey message accurately from Japanese to English and vice versa in meetings or discussions.
