Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating immersive game environments, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality work for shipped projects.
- Proficiency in art software such as Photoshop, Substance Painter, and 3D modeling tools like Maya, Z Brush etc.
- Strong understanding of environment art principles, including lighting, composition, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of environment art styles and techniques.
- Extensive experience in Unreal Engine or other equivalent game engine.
- Excellent team and communication skills.
- Passion for making and playing innovative games.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of environment artists to ensure the highest quality of environmental art.
- Collaborate with the Art Director, designers, and other departments to develop and implement the visual style and aesthetic of game environments.
- Create and oversee the production of environment assets, including landscapes, buildings, props, and textures.
- Ensure environment assets are optimized for performance and meet technical requirements.
- Review and provide feedback on environment art to maintain consistency and quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in environment art techniques and technology.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new environment art team members.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.

- Familiarity with scripting and programming languages related to environment art.
- Experience as Environment Lead Artist for products that require a high level of quality.
